Lavinia Apartments provide student accomodation for the greater Port Elizabeth student community. We are fully NSFAS and NMU accredited. Our rates are of the most affordable student accommodation in the area. ID, NMU acceptance and NSFAS approval is required on application.

An onsite caretaker is available for all minor repairs.

Daily cleaning of all common areas are done by our cleaning staff.

We provide a free laundry service. Drop off morning, collect afternoon

Basic kitchen appliances are provided for Lavinia residents.

Onsite security guard provided for the safety and security of Lavinia residents.

Our security is further enhanced with the addition of CCTV

Access is provided through secured biometric access to Lavinia Apartments.

Living in Lavinia has been an incredible experience these past 3 years. The building provides a unique environment to live in as a student. It's great for having privacy of your own room, the set up couldn't be better with the convenience of the kitchen and the bathrooms.
